Two months and counting!

Ben and I can't believe our wedding will be here in just two months!! We have actually gotten a lot done over the past few weekends, which has been wonderful! Just a few more bubbles to wrap and I think we are set! :-) We are going to a cake testing next week and then are going to make the final dinner plans at Temple theater. I also received a phone call and my dress is in (crossing my fingers) which is such a great relief! Hopefully we won't have any more speed bumps over the gown. All in all everything seems to be progressing smoothly! :-)

Today Devon and I went to a really amazing park and walked around for a few hours. I first put him in the swing and played with him in the play area, but not before too long, he started getting fussy. I decided to put him in his stroller w/o his carseat. This was his first time he was forward facing, and he loved it! While we were walking, we randomly saw some roosters along the beaten path. The roosters were crowing and all of a sudden Devon started mimicking them! It made me laugh so hard! He's been such a clown lately... everyday his personality seems to develop more and more. He's so much fun!!!

Unfortunately when Devon and I left for the park, I had my hands full and forgot our camera. The pictures below were taken about a week ago. That evening, I was feeling under the weather and put Dev in his jumperoo. At first he was jumping like crazy and then within a few minutes, his jumping became minimal. Just as I was about to get him out of it, I noticed he was pretty much asleep. I had no idea he was that tired but thought he looked so adorable... poor guy!

Life is a Highway... more family fun! :-)

A few months back my middle brother, Kevin, purchased a sport bike. Last month, Devon somehow talked Kevin into test driving his bike! :) Thank goodness my parents' cars, fence and grass are still in tact!! ha ha. Here are some more pics of Devon chillin with my bro on my his bike... (These are some of my favorites!!)

These pictures below are proof that Kevin is a big softy! It's so cute to watch him (along with the rest of our families) interact with Devon.

Our crazy lives!!

It's hard to believe it's been almost 3 months since we've posted any pictures of Devon. Life has been utterly crazy for us, but hopefully things will start to calm down soon! Ben has been extremely busy w/ work and helping my parents with their home before our big day!!! We are so so excited! I also have been studying for my ultrasound registry examinations. I recently passed the Ultrasound Physics exam, which was a HUGE relief!! I plan to take my next test in a few weeks, so lots of prayers would be wonderful! :)

The wedding plans have been running smoothly, thank goodness! I know we aren't quite down to crunch time yet, but hopefully that won't change. We pretty much have all the big things taken care of. It's now just planning/ putting together all those small details. We are looking forward to our wedding day and seeing everybody! W/ HUGE help from my parents, Ben and I were also able to make some final plans on our honeymoon. We have decided to take a cruise to Mexico. We are very much looking forward to that... all of these exciting things!!! :)

Devon is getting so big! He's turning more and more into a little boy everyday! He recently got his first haircut thanks to his Nani!! :) He's also learning how to crawl. He's been scooting/rolling around for months now... and of course, gets into everything! His personality is also getting more and more developed as well. He makes Ben and I laugh all the time! It's been such an amazing experience watching him transition into all of his little stages.

To get back into the swing of things, we're going to post some random pictures that have been taken over these past few months. I promise updates will come more frequently than they have been!

These pictures were recently taken at a park in Puyallup.

That week, Ben's mom, came to visit and to help take care of Devon for us. My mom met all of us at the park and it was so much fun getting both "grandmas" together! We wish Ben's family lived closer to us. Here are more pics taken at that same park. The first one is my mom and Devon and the next one is of Ben's mom and Devon.
