The next week, February 25th-29th, Devon rolled over for the first time on his own. Sadly, Ben and I both missed this due to our crazy work schedules. We tried to get him to do it again that same evening, but I think he was too worn out from his day! :-)
March 1st-March 10th, Ben's parents (Grandma and Papa) came from Boise, Idaho to spend time with Devon, Ben and me. Devon hasn't seen his grandparents since he was a few weeks old due to their location. It was quite a treat for all of us! :-) On Saturday March 9th both of our families got together at Genghis Kahn to celebrate my mom's birthday. (Although Ben's mom and I went on quite a memorable scenic route using a navigation device called a "Tom-Tom", and needless to say, we were a tad bit late to meet everyone!) It was so much fun getting to see both Grandmas and Grandpas at the same time!
Today, Ben's parents, Ben, Devon and me spent the day in downtown Seattle. We walked around the Pier and ate at the Salmon Cooker for lunch/dinner... it was so yummy! Ben's parents also never rode a ferry before, so we all decided to take the Bainbridge ferry to and from Seattle. It was Devon's first time riding the Bainbridge ferry, and he loved it! He trully was an angel throughout the whole day. When we got home, Ben and I saw Devon roll over all by himself! We were so excited! We couldn't have asked for a better day! Below are pictures of our day in Seattle and on the ferry.
